Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at account@dexnorcase.com. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. You can download and print the return label at your convenience.

Return Address
Please contact us for the appropriate return address based on your location.

Return Shipping Fee

  • We charge a fixed return shipping fee of $4.99, which will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • If you have already paid for the return shipping, we will issue a full refund for the product cost.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of its approval status. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at account@dexnorcase.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will provide a replacement or refund for defective or incorrect items at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged due to improper use by the customer

  • The return window has expired

  • The item was purchased as a final sale or is a gift card

  • Returns based solely on personal preference

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

  • Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item. This will be deducted from your refund if you choose a refund instead of an exchange.

  • Shipping for New Item: Once the return is received and the exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

  • Return Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with packaging intact.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible, the item must remain unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
