Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging included.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at account@dexnorcase.com. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a 'return shipping label' and clear instructions for how and where to send your package. You can download and print the return label at your convenience.
Return Address
Please contact us to receive the appropriate return address based on your location.
Return Shipping Fee
We charge a 'fixed return shipping fee of $4.99', which will be deducted from your refund amount unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at account@dexnorcase.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- The item was damaged due to improper use by the customer
- The return window has expired
- The item was purchased on final sale or is a gift card
- Returns based solely on personal preference

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, under EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible, your item must remain unused, in the original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
